About me
After thirty-five years working in and around the food and logistics industries, I can say I know these sectors rather well — not least because of the strong, lasting personal relationships built one project at a time.
My background is industrial refrigeration for the food industry: together with excellent professionals we have designed and built plants for dairies, slaughtering and meat processing facilities, fruit and vegetable cold stores and, above all, logistics platforms.
Over time my focus shifted from refrigeration engineering to the search for land for new logistics developments and to advisory work on purpose-built sites, always starting from the client’s specific requirements. Today I do both, and I make them work together.

Land search for logistics developments
I identify and vet sites with genuine logistics potential: access and traffic nodes, zoning, available electrical capacity, realistic permitting timelines. You receive a short list of pre-screened options, not a list of plots.

Purpose-built sites
The starting point is your requirements — volumes, temperature regimes, flows, delivery catchment, growth horizon. From there I look for the site that genuinely supports them, and I support the dialogue with developers, owners and local authorities.

Design and construction of industrial refrigeration plants serving the food industry, with a long-established team of professionals: from a single processing area to a megawatt-scale refrigeration plant.
